A student wrote that her sleep had improved after having ga-gön and lu-zong pujas done previously, however, she still felt exhausted and that brought her down. She asked Rinpoche what she could do to lift her mood.

You need to have these pujas done:

  • Ga-gön: eleven times
  • Namtose: three times
  • Nechung: once.
