A student with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome was suffering from extreme physical and mental exhaustion, muscle aches and brain fog. The student requested prayers or practices to clear the karma so they could regain their health and have more energy to benefit sentient beings.

My most dear, most kind, most precious, wish-fulfilling one,
According to my observation a puja called che trul needs to be done. This is translated as something like “Freeing from Magic Harms”. I am not sure if there is someone there who can do this for you. If not, you may have to come to India or Nepal to get this puja done. If you are able to come to Nepal, I will do it here.

I have already recited The Mantra Promised by Tara for you five times.

You should practice Medicine Buddha. Do the middle-length Medicine Buddha puja four times. You can request your local center to do this for you and join them for the pujas.

The previous gekö [disciplinarian] at Kopan, whose name is Geshe Tsering Tashi, has to recite the Vajra Cutter Sutra five times for you. If you want, Holly can arrange this for you. It would be appropriate to make a small offering to him for this. You can discuss this with Holly.

Also chag tsum puja, needs to be recited twice by Thubten Sangpo at Kopan. Again, an offering would be appropriate and if you want to do this, please write back to Holly and she can arrange this for you.

There’s a text called Lelung Rinpoche’s Method. I don’t actually know the name of this text, but I do know I have it, so if you are able to come to Nepal, I can also do this for you at that time, along with the che trul puja.

With much love and prayers ...
