I was able to check regarding last night and my advice is as follows:

• You need to have the ga-gön puja performed.
• I will recite the Black Garuda mantra, bless cream for you to use, and send it to you.
• You need to have the puja done called lü-dang-sadag-gi-don-drol (liberating from the harm of the nagas and landlords—the spirits who “own” the place).
• You also need the Nagarjuna incense puja performed, by Geshe Jampel. This has to be done a few times on the correct day according to the Tibetan calendar.
