Day 1: Hymns of Experience / Refined Gold Oral Transmission

... all buddhas’ wisdom, so Lama Tsongkhapa is the embodiment of all the buddhas’ wisdom; and Lama Tsongkhapa is the embodiment of Compassion Buddha, who is the embodiment of all the buddhas’ compassion. So Lama Tsongkhapa is also essence of all buddhas’ compassion, and Lama Tsongkhapa is the embodiment of Vajrapani, who is embodiment of all the buddhas’ power, so that means Lama Tsongkhapa is the essence of all the buddhas’ power. So, which means Lama Tsongkhapa, means that embodiment of all the buddhas, so that’s what comes out. So, anyway, so, Lama Tsongkhapa composed the Lam-rim Chen-mo, the Great Commentary on the Stages of the Path to Enlightenment. Then, Lama Tsongkhapa composed the Middle Lam-rim, the Middle Commentary on the Stages of the Path to Enlightenment, then, composed the short one, abbreviated one, it’s called the Hymns of the, Lama Tsongkhapa’s Experience of the Path to Enlightenment.

So, this is a, Buddha gave, Buddha taught 84,000 teachings, because there’s 84,000 delusions sentient beings have, we have, so antidote to that. So then there’s a whole explanation how, I don’t remember exactly, some texts it explains, starting from the root, then elaborate, so, to eliminate the 84,000 delusions, negative attitudes we have. So, now the heart of the 84,000 teachings of Buddha, that is the three baskets teachings. The heart of the three baskets teachings is the lam-rim, the stages of the path to enlightenment. So Lama Tsongkhapa himself have total understanding of Buddha’s all the teachings, those hundred volumes, which is a hundred volumes, sutra, tantra, then, all the Indian pandits’ their commentaries, and yogis, their commentaries, so, Lama Tsongkhapa studied complete. Then, not only that, even in Tibet, the other lamas, other great lamas, lamas of the Sakya tradition, Nyingma tradition, Kagyu tradition, Lama Tsongkhapa, researched, checked all that. So, then wrote the three: great, middle, and then the short one, so called Hymns of the Experience of the Path to Enlightenment. So, tonight, just begin, I’m going to do the oral transmission of this, okay. I don’t know how long this will take. I don’t think this will take until tomorrow sun rises. I think he may have told already, already announced.

So this is the root text composed by Lama Tsongkhapa, okay, and this is the commentary composed by Third His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Third Dalai Lama. So, I can’t say a hundred percent, but I thought this time maybe to go over the text, I mean, as much, so to go over so, so we all receive blessings from His Holiness and Lama Tsongkhapa. The commentary is called, The Refined Gold, the graduate path, commentary of the graduate path to enlightenment, The Refined Gold, extremely refined gold. So everybody should realize, I mean should understand, how unbelievable so fortunate to hear this teaching, this abbreviated, the abbreviated lam-rim composed by Lama Tsongkhapa, abbreviated is, any teaching that is composed by Lama Tsongkhapa is very profound, very deep, very deep, very deep, very profound, it has that feeling. So your understanding becomes very deep and broad.

So now, the listening, receiving the oral transmission, listening, one benefit it has is even if you don’t understand the meaning of the teaching, just able to hear the words, it causes you to achieve a higher rebirth, human, to not get reborn in the lower realms, to get a higher rebirth. Higher rebirth, then, in that life, you are able to meet Dharma, you are able to meet a guru, able to meet Dharma, then you are able to learn teachings, able to practice, and actualize the path. So, sooner or later, then, you are able to achieve total liberation from the whole, entire oceans of samsaric suffering and causes, and you achieve full enlightenment, to be able to do, to be able to guide or do perfect work to sentient beings until everybody, until everyone from hell realm, hungry ghost, animal, human being, from each realm, everyone brought to enlightenment by you.

So, listening, as far as listening to Buddha’s teachings, has this benefit, has this benefit, even if you don’t understand the meaning, the subject, but just to hear, just listen, has that, these unimaginable, mind-blowing benefits, mind-blowing benefits. Then, the second thing, the first thing is, next life human rebirth, which allows to practice Dharma, okay. The next one, next life, the teachings that you heard in this life, next life, so easy to understand; the minute when you hear, or see, so easy to understand, and so easy to have realization. So therefore, so that makes easy, quick to achieve enlightenment. So therefore, it’s very important, as far as Buddhadharma, even if you don’t understand to listen, it’s unbelievable benefit. It makes next, it makes preparation in your mind, next time is much easy, so like that.

Also, when you entered in the path to, the five paths to liberation, there are five paths to enlightenment, so when you entered, I’m not sure this Lesser Vehicle path, but it might be, for sure, Mahayana path, Mahayana path of merit, the Mahayana preparatory path, Mahayana the right seeing path, Mahayana the path of meditation, and no more learning. So when you achieve the Mahayana path, the preparatory path, there’s four levels within that, heat, tip, patience and sublime Dharma, it has four levels. So the fourth one is supreme Dharma. So when you achieve the supreme Dharma, that time, then, how much teachings, oral transmissions teachings you received in the past, every word you can remember at that time, when you reach this level, the fourth level of the Mahayana path, the preparatory path, how much teaching you received the oral transmissions, every single word you are able to remember at that time. So that’s part of quality of, incredible quality of that practitioner, so before engaging in the third path. So here, when you listen to the teachings, or even when you are receiving oral transmission, just reading, even without explanation, whether you understand or don’t understand, however, it has that benefit, it has, becomes, later it becomes a quality of the, to have such that quality, the meditator, the, who has actualized the preparatory path, the sublime Dharma.

So I already explained before the motivation, so, why we’re gathered here, so not just for your own temporary happiness, happiness of this life, not just not for that at all, even the animals, they’re so good, they’re so smart to achieve happiness of this life, so that’s not special purpose of our life. So achieving happiness of future lives, achieving happiness of all the lives, so, it’s still Dharma, but it’s not still that’s not really the meaning of the life.

And now, the next one, achieving liberation, achieving total liberation, everlasting happiness for oneself. So it’s good, but that’s not the real purpose of our life, why we’re born as human beings, why we’ve taken a human rebirth this time, that’s not the real meaning, doesn’t fulfill. So, now here, achieving enlightenment for sentient beings, for the numberless hell beings, hungry ghosts, animals, human beings, numberless human beings, numberless suras, asuras, for every, each and every single sentient beings. When you go out, every insect you see in the road, every bird you see, dogs, cows, whatever animals, different animals, beings you see, whatever, all the human beings, all the people that you see, so the, so this, so what we are doing here, listening to the teachings, meditation, whatever, whatever we do here is for everyone, everyone to achieve enlightenment, for the benefit of everyone. Especially now this, listening to this oral transmission, think in your heart, to achieve enlightenment for everyone, for every, each and every single sentient being, okay, to liberate them from the oceans of samsaric suffering and bring them to enlightenment.

[Rinpoche recites the short mandala offering; then refuge and bodhicitta once in Tibetan.]

I go for refuge to Buddha, Dharma, Sangha, until the enlightenment is achieved. Due to the three time merits, past, present and future merits collected by me, past, present and future merits collected by all sentient beings, may I achieve enlightenment in order to benefit for all the transmigratory beings. “Benefit” means to liberate them from the oceans of samsaric suffering and causes and bring them in full enlightenment. So that’s the meaning, what means “benefit.” Then for that, to achieve enlightenment, then one need to actualize the path, for that then one need to listen to the teachings, reflect and meditate, meditation, need to do that, so therefore, going to take the oral transmission, I’m going to take the oral transmission of the lam-rim teaching, okay. For the numberless hell beings, hungry ghosts, animals, human beings, suras, asuras, so think again this, make sure, make sure in your heart, instead of thinking of oneself, make sure in your heart, you have all the sentient beings in your heart, for their happiness, then listen to the teachings and take the oral transmission, okay?

So, this is, it also becomes part of guru yoga practice, generally, when we listen to the teachings from a lama, from a guru, it’s very good to remember to meditate this, so this is Tara giving me teaching, this is Maitreya Buddha giving me teaching, this is Guru Shakyamuni Buddha giving me teachings, this is Manjushri giving me teachings, this is all the buddhas, your own personal deity, all this is the numberless buddhas, through this form giving me teaching, or in this form giving me teaching, whatever, so guiding me to enlightenment, everybody is guiding me, through this, or through this or you can say through this, or in this form, however, you can think like that, meditate, guiding me to enlightenment. So, this doesn’t mean I am an enlightened being. It’s not saying that. But it’s possible to, through this to guide, that can be possible, because buddha, having omniscience and all perfect power to guide sentient beings, completed the holy mind training in compassion to us all sentient beings, all that, so, that, I mean that I cannot say, not possible, for me that is difficult to say, not possible. But, so like that. So that one, so I cannot say not possible, I guess. Maybe sometimes can happen, okay.

So, anyway, then pray, when you take teachings, oral transmission or teachings, think, “every word I listen brings me to enlightenment, liberation and enlightenment. So each word is wish-fulfilling, it fulfills all my wishes for happiness.” Think that is very good. Then, “each word I listen it liberates me from oceans of samsaric sufferings,” so to think that is very good. Then this helps also your mind to not get distracted, make sure, one-pointedly concentrate on the words, the Dharma words, so you don’t miss the teachings, so you receive complete. Then when you give to others, when you give to other people the oral transmission, then there’s complete lineage. Also think, “Whenever I teach this, when I teach this, give these teachings to other sentient beings, may they be able to actualize the path what is contained, the meaning, immediately in all their hearts.” When you reveal to others, the meaning of these words, the actual path, “may it be actualized immediately in all their hearts.” So pray, should pray like this whenever we listen to the teachings, from guru, you see, from lama, or whenever this opportunity is happening, important to pray this. Then also to be able to actualize immediately in your heart the meanings, okay. So then, if you do this, if you pray like this now when we take teachings, then later, so then your teaching, teaching what you have learned, what you have received becomes so beneficial, like nectar, so sweet, and fulfilling all the wishes, so like that, able to have attainment ?the ?self.

[Rinpoche begins the oral transmission.]

So, I have received this lineage a few times. So from His Holiness Ling Rinpoche, the commentary of this, and from His Holiness the Dalai Lama. I think the first one, I received from Kyabje Kunu Lama, Tenzin Gyaltsen, it’s a great bodhisattva, what is known outwardly is a great bodhisattva, great scholar, a great scholar like the ancient time, like Nagarjuna, Asanga, Chandrakirti, those great pandits, great scholars, highly enlightened, like those beings, exactly the same. So when Kunu Lama, Tenzin Gyaltsen, this great bodhisattva gave teachings, so he can quote the hundred volumes of Buddha’s teachings, sutra and tantra, from any text he can quote, he can remember. His mind is like a library, it’s like the whole entire texts of the Buddha’s teachings and pandits, yogis, all those commentaries, like the Tengyur, I think maybe two hundred volumes, all the pandits, yogis, their commentaries, sutra and tantra. So, anyway, it’s the lama from whom His Holiness received extensive commentary on Bodhicaryavatara, Kunu Lama Tenzin Gyaltsen.

So there’s a Kunu in India, there’s a Kunu near Tibet, Kunu, then went in Tibet to study, under many great lamas studied, so he knew all the Sanskrit and all these grammar and poetry, all the things, sutra and tantra, fully qualified knowledge, understanding all these, and experienced the path. So, he used to live with the sadhus, the Varanasi, in India, Varanasi where there’s the river Ganga, lived there with the sadhus, I think maybe they offered food to him, it seems. Then one time he came to Tibetan monastery in Bodhgaya. There was only one Tibetan monastery at that time, so he came, outside looking sadhu. Then he asked the monastery if he could sleep outside, sleep outside on the cement, but the monastery didn’t accept. So, I heard like that, because they didn’t know, they didn’t know who he is. Then, later, His Holiness the Dalai Lama took teachings from him. Then, suddenly he become well known, people in India, Nepal, Tibet, ?basically India, all the Buddhists, become very well known, His Holiness took teaching, Bodhicaryavatara, ?other teachings.

So I took, received from Kyabje Kunu Lama Tenzin Gyaltsen Rinpoche commentaries on the Lamp for the Path to Enlightenment, Lama Atisha’s teachings and his own teachings, the Praise to Bodhicitta, and then I received this teaching, I think, in Nepal I think, received oral transmission from him. So the commentary from His Holiness Ling Rinpoche, also oral transmission from His Holiness the Dalai Lama, I think. Then after His Holiness took teachings from Kunu Lama Tenzin Gyaltsen, then suddenly become so known then, he was staying in one of the guest rooms outside the monastery, one of the guest rooms, guests who are connected to the monastery, so the people lined up like this, to meet, to get blessings, after he became known, then, at the beginning people didn’t know so they didn’t give him even place outside to sleep, the monastery didn’t accept. So I took, I requested a commentary, Bodhicaryavatara from Kyabje Kunu Lama Tenzin Gyaltsen, but Rinpoche, many other people taking teachings so didn’t give commentary but gave oral transmission, very kindly to myself, and then when he came to the wisdom chapter, there Rinpoche gave commentary, the most important, one most important subject, but then I started fell asleep, so Rinpoche started the commentary, then I start to fall asleep, only at that time. So I think that’s a lot of negative karma to be purified, so it becomes an obstacle to realize emptiness, like that. So, no question, need to do many years of purification. Now, everybody, very important to, so important to pay attention to the words.

[Rinpoche continues the oral transmission.]

I thought to read the Tibetan and English, one stanza in Tibetan, one stanza in English, but, so that you understand the meaning, but maybe takes some time. Does anybody have the English? Does anybody have the English? Then maybe we just, you pretend you are Tibetan, okay. Think you just came from Tibet now, think you came from Lhasa. I’m joking.

[Rinpoche continues the oral transmission.]

So we can do this dedication, everybody, all of us, we can do the dedication I translated, dedication from Lama Tsongkhapa. I have met the peerless teaching, I have met the teaching of the peerless founder, this is by the kindness of the guru. By these merits, may all the transmigratory beings, may each and every single transmigratory beings meet, be guided by the virtuous friend. So your meeting, that you met the teaching of Buddha, teaching of the peerless founder, perfect founder, then become the cause, dedicating as a cause to all sentient beings to meet a guru, perfectly qualified guru, okay, perfectly guide. Then, it dedicates…. [Rinpoche continues to chant in Tibetan.]

So the numberless hell beings, hungry ghosts, animals, human beings, suras, asura beings, all the sentient beings, numberless beings in each realm then meet, without delay even a second, then as quick as possible to meet the guru, or the perfect guide, okay, like that, then meet the Buddhadharma. Then, the next dedication, Due to having listened to the oral transmission of Lama Tsongkhapa’s teaching, the lam-rim teaching, then, may I and all sentient beings, so merits having collected by listening to the teaching, and all the past merits, all the future merits, okay, and three time merits collected by all other sentient beings, including bodhisattvas, then all the buddhas, okay, due to all these merits, then, myself, family, okay, then us, everybody here, okay, all the students in the FPMT organization, all the benefactors, there are so many people who sacrifice, bear so much hardships doing service to the organization to benefit for sentient beings and the teaching of Buddha, so including all those, so many people in the world, and then, who rely upon me, whom I promised to pray, whose names are given to me, then all those, and all sentient beings, may we be born in the pure land as a surrounding of the guru, Lama, Guru, the, my Guru, Losang Drakpa, means Lama Tsongkhapa, wherever he abides, Tushita pure land, the Amitabha pure land, in any pure land wherever he abides, may we be born there as a surrounding disciple. The next dedication…. [Rinpoche chants in Tibetan]

The next dedication, Due to all the three time merits, past, present, and future merits collected by me, the past, present, and future merits collected by others (others means all sentient beings including bodhisattvas, then all the buddhas), anybody who hears this prayer, who sees, who hears this prayer, remember this prayer, means the prayers above, which we did already, whoever just remember in the mind, may they all achieve, the every single, to not be discouraged, to not discourage, to achieve every single great prayer, great prayer of the bodhisattvas, buddhas and bodhisattvas, okay. So Lama Tsongkhapa is praying for us, so we heard now, we heard these prayers, okay, we heard, so then remember in the heart, so Lama Tsongkhapa is dedicating us, without discouraged, to accomplish the great extensive prayers of buddhas and bodhisattvas, that we’re able to accomplish.

Then, it says, first seek extensive listening of Dharma. In the middle, all the extensive scriptures appear as instruction, as instruction for you. In the end, practice them all day and all night, and now all these merits, all these merits collected, first of all extensive seeking, and listening to the teaching, and in the middle, everything appearing as instruction for you to achieve enlightenment for sentient beings, at the end, then you practice all those day and night. So all the merits now we dedicate, now Lama Tsongkhapa is saying, dedicate for the teachings of the Buddha to flourish. So we dedicate our merits, all the three time merits collected by oneself, by others, may the bodhicitta, which is source of all your success, all your happiness up to enlightenment, which is the source of all the happiness, success up to enlightenment of all, of each and every single sentient beings, okay, may the bodhicitta be actualized within one’s own heart, one’s own family members, in the hearts of everybody of us here, and, everybody in the Guadalajara, Guadalajara, so bodhicitta be actualized in the hearts of everybody in Guadalajara, Guadalajara, so, everybody in Guadalajara, then to be actualized in the hearts of everybody in Mexico, okay, then in the hearts of the rest of the world, and then all sentient beings, okay without delay even a second. In whose hearts the bodhicitta is generated, may it be increased, okay, so we pray that from the bottom, from deep down from your heart we pray that. Jang chhub sem chhog rin po chhe…..

Please dedicate the next one, bodhicitta to be actualized in the hearts of all the leaders of the world, because in this way then all the millions of people in each country, so many millions of people, even one city has many million people so therefore, all the millions of people in each country will have perfect peace and happiness, and they will be led in the correct path to peace, if the leaders have bodhicitta in their heart. So, this is extremely important for the world peace. Jang chhub sem chhog rin po chhe…..

Third, then due to all the three time merits collected by oneself and others, may the bodhicitta be actualized in the hearts of all the, not only in the hearts of all the Buddhists, but in the hearts of all the Muslims, Hindus, Catholics, everybody, all the different religious people’s hearts, for bodhicitta to be actualized, okay, extremely, it becomes urgency, so that everybody, whole world, everybody will have perfect peace and happiness. [pause] So I would say this is the answer for everything, all the problems, global problems4 and individual life problems, family problems, suicide problems, so this is the answer to all the problems, even global warming problems, that is talked so much, so problem that is happening now more and more, so everybody is worried, everybody is talking about it, so, however, so this is the very, this is the very key answer, the generating the good heart, especially the ultimate good heart, bodhicitta.

So with a good heart, especially bodhicitta, first thing is you stop giving harm to others, with a good heart, that’s what you do, and on top of that, you benefit others, not only stop giving harm, but on top of that, benefit other sentient beings, help other sentient beings. So, so you don’t harm other sentient beings. So when you do that, so all these problems: global problems, individual problems, everything comes from the negative karma, from self-cherishing thought, from ignorance, anger, attachment, so you can see now, practicing the ultimate good heart, bodhicitta, how it becomes answer, you stop creating the cause of those problems, the global problems, global warming, so forth, all the problems, any global problem, then any individual problems, so by having good heart, and especially bodhicitta in the heart, so you don’t create the cause for those problems, you stop creating the cause. Then you benefit others. So you create the cause of only success, happiness, the world, to oneself and to the world, sentient beings, all the sentient beings of this world and yourself.

So this bodhicitta, this one practice, this one attainment becomes source of peace and happiness for all sentient beings. Your bodhicitta becomes cause of happiness of all sentient beings, okay, in this world, no question about yourself. Then with bodhicitta, you collect so much inconceivable merits, so you are able to actualize wisdom, absolute wisdom realizing emptiness, then you are able to develop wisdom, able to cease even the subtle defilements, subtle negative imprint, with the help of bodhicitta. Then you are able to achieve enlightenment. So you can see here what bodhicitta can do, even helps to actualize wisdom, okay. So that means to be totally liberated from oceans of samsaric suffering and causes. Can be helped by wisdom, also the, can be helped by bodhicitta, bodhicitta helps to actualize wisdom so that’s what I’m saying. Jang chhub sem chhog rin po chhe…..

So that we, that myself having this opportunity to talk Dharma, every single understanding that it has, that I have, then also your having the great opportunity to meet Dharma in this life, not only having received a perfect human body, the, able to have opportunity to learn Dharma, to practice Dharma, to achieve liberation, to achieve enlightenment, so having this incredible opportunity, all this is by the kindness of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, his kindness, so his existing in this world, then especially out of Tibet, existing that and revealed Dharma, made all this opportunity to happen in the world for us sentient beings. So we pray his long life and all his holy wishes be succeed immediately, the next prayer. Especially now, very, emergency or urgency that to His Holiness’s holy wishes to be actualized immediately, right now, this is a very difficult, urgency is most important, everybody in the world to help to actualize the freedom for the Tibetan people, and His Holiness’s holy wishes, his holy wishes is for all sentient beings to achieve, to be free from suffering, to achieve enlightenment, and that includes also the freedom for Tibet and all that. So if his wishes fulfilled, that means all sentient beings become enlightened. Gang ri ra wäi khor wä zhing kham dir….

Now the prayer fulfilling all the holy wishes. [Rinpoche chants the prayer in Tibetan] Same dedication, all other gurus. Je tsün la mäi ku tshe rab tän ching….

Then, due to all the past, present, and future, due to all the past, we pray this: Due to all the past, present, and future merits collected by, three time merits collected by others, may all the father and mother sentient beings have happiness, may the three lower realms beings empty forever, may all the bodhisattvas’ prayers be succeed immediately, may I be able to cause all this to happen by myself alone. Due to all the past, present and future merits collected by me, three time merits collected by others, that which exists but do not exist from their own side, that which are totally empty, may the I, who exists, but do not exist from its own side, which is totally empty, achieve Lama Tsongkhapa’s enlightenment, which exists but doesn’t exist from its own side, that which is totally empty, [pause] lead all the sentient beings, who exist but totally nonexistent from their own side, empty, to that Lama Tsongkhapa’s enlightenment, which exists but doesn’t exist from its own side, that which is totally empty, by myself alone, who exists but do not exist from its own side, which is totally empty.

Last dedication: I dedicate all the merits to be able to follow the holy extensive deeds of bodhisattvas Samantabhadra, Manjugosha, as they realizes. I dedicate all the merits in the same way as the three time past, present, future buddhas’ dedicated their merits. Jam päl pa wö ji tar khyen pa dang…. Dü sum sheg päi gyäl wa tham chä kyi….

May the general teaching, particularly the teaching of Lama Tsongkhapa, may it be spread in all the directions, may it flourish forever in this world by completely actualizing in your heart, and in the heart of all the students of the, all the students and all the benefactors, all those people who are bearing so much hardships doing service to the organization, in all their hearts, and in the hearts of everybody in this world. Chhö kyi gyäl po tsong kha päi…. Dag dang zhän gyi dü sum dang…. So, good night.

Student: Rinpoche, we have a surprise for you, they want to sing your long-life prayer in Spanish, with a guitar. [The students sing in Spanish.]

Thank you very much. Thank you. Gracias, gracias, gracias. What I was going to say at the beginning is that here the organization, so many of you put so much effort to, for to happen this course, so well organized, put in so much effort, including all the flowers, all the flowers all the way up. Anyway, so much thought put into this, to happen this course, so much arrangement, so, terrific, terrific, not terrorific, terrific. So no I think, yeah, I think it is very worthwhile, it is not meaningless, it’s very worthwhile, it’s all for Dharma, everything, reason is for Dharma, everyone to achieve enlightenment, so, because of our connection, because we have Dharma connection with each other, relationship Dharma, so, of course, it collects the most extensive merit, and to benefit to sentient beings. The final thing is to benefit for sentient beings, so, so that, so I want to thank very, very much. So, everybody to enjoy, enjoy but mainly enjoy the Dharma, so to help for that, so I want to thank you very much. So I was quite surprised how you organized everything, so I think it’s, so therefore, during this, especially during this time, we should put effort to meditate and practice Dharma as much, watching the mind, always practice Dharma, and use the mind to practice Dharma, so like that, guru devotion, renunciation, bodhicitta, right view, and then somebody who practices tantra, the tantra, so to achieve enlightenment, yourself to be perfected so that you can make everybody to have perfect enlightenment.

So, of course, for some people can practice Dharma well at home, here, wherever you are. For some, when you’re with people, practice Dharma, better, but when you are at home, you have many obstacles. So when you are at such a course like this, then, the others help you, you help others, so practice, you get a lot of opportunity to practice Dharma. But when you’re at home, you don’t get that, you have a lot of obstacles in the life, and unable to. So there are different people who, so what I’m saying is that, so during this time, of course, if you’re at home, even though no matter how many obstacles there is, you have to become Olympic. In the house you have to become Olympic, you become a champion, to practice Dharma, you to win, you win, when you are able to practice Dharma, you win, then you overcome the problems. So like people trying, people they learn for thirty, forty years in their life, then they go to Olympic to win. So here, if you are at home, many obstacles, then, try to win, practice Dharma, so overcome, so, can do that. Can do that, you can overcome, because of that then you be liberated from the suffering, you can achieve enlightenment. Can do that, why? Because our mind has all the potential, and that’s why there’s all the hope. So that’s about, so gracias
