So one mantra this I have the oral transmission, the one before that, the Stainless Beam deity’s mantra, if you recite this then, in the morning if you recite this then that anybody who hears your voice, it purifies, animals or people, anybody who hear your voice, whether you’re singing a song or whether you’re talking or whatever, teaching Dharma or even just ordinary talk, that it purifies the other sentient beings’ their very heavy negative karma, the five uninterrupted negative karmas, that one. Even somebody, even your shadow touch anybody, goes over anybody, their negative karma gets purified, so like ten nonvirtues, those heavy negative karmas get purified, so it has, it becomes protection, so there’s many benefits like that. So that means no question if somebody touches you or you touch somebody or massage, so even shake hands or something like that, it purifies their negative karmas, the five uninterrupted negative karmas, the very heavy negative karma that makes to be born in the lowest hot hell, so those purified, so no question about ten nonvirtues. So, even, yeah, so it has many benefits. So the lung of this mantra.

So that’s the mantra. So that’s Stainless Beam Deity’s mantra. Anybody has the…? No, not the mantra, which has the benefits, does anybody have a copy? That which has the benefits. Is it there?

So it says here, I didn’t say here, but it says ”Anyone who talks to that person who has recited this mantra, the five uninterrupted negative karmas get purified. Just hearing the voice of the person who has recited this mantra, being touched by their shadow or touching that person’s body purifies the negative karma collected in the past lives. If you recite the mantra you won’t be harmed by spirit possessions, poisons or by the elements of fire, water, air, earth,” earthquakes, so that includes tsunamis. All the fire, water, air, earthquakes, I think it includes tsunamis. “All the buddhas will protect you and guide you and all the devas, those who living in the samaya, will support you. You won’t be harmed by black magic mantras, rituals. If this mantra is put inside a stupa then any being, including evil transmigratory beings, who sees that stupa, hears of the stupa, touches the stupa or who is touched by the dust or wind that comes from the stupa will be free from all negative karmas. They will be born in the realms of the happy transmigratory beings; they won’t be reborn in the lower realms. The Destroyed Qualified Gone Beyond, Shakyamuni Buddha, advised the great bodhisattva Eliminating All Obscurations, Owner of the Secrecy, Vajra in the Hand, Vajrapani, the four guardians, then deva ?unforgettable, Brahma, deva ______, the Mahadeva, you, the capable holy beings I have ?all ?these harms ?of the king of the secret mantra, always keep it in a jewel ?semato, ?sem-a-tok, not ?semato, it sounds like Japanese language. ?Sem-a-tok, then proper name _____ to all places , ?continue to sentient beings, if you make sentient beings hear and see this mantra, their five uninterrupted negative karmas will be purified.”

So then there’s some more. Yeah. That, [pause] may have received oral transmission of this from ______ Rinpoche, so next, 59 page.

So that’s the oral transmission of the ______, this mantra, so the benefits are there. “It is said by the Victorious One, Buddha, ?Do den gyalwa cho, by having recited this mantra if you make one stupa or tsa-tsa you receive the merits of having made ten million stupas, tsa-tsas.”

That means a big stupa or a small stupa. It’s the same. So ten million stupas, you get the benefit of having made ten million stupas. So this is good to recite especially if you planning, either tsa-tsa stupa or a big stupa, so you could recite for that.

“By having recited this mantra, if you touch any of the four elements, fire, water, air, earth, those elements are blessed and then two times the power of stupa. Anyone who sees or touches you it purified all the five uninterrupted negative karmas and they will be born in the highest caste. By having recited this mantra, you will have long life, be purified of the five uninterrupted negative karmas, have wealth and remember past lives. You will be protected from all harm and become enlightened.”

So this, so in Malaysia there’s a hospice group there, we have, so some people they expected to have a quick response from the people who are dying. They go there and ?recite ?some ?mantras and [a couple of words missed] they expected some fast response, so this is not happening so then they get discouraged. So I said, You don’t need to be discouraged because if you do this, if you chant these mantras, these two mantras then also OM MANI PADME HUM, OM MANI PADME HUM if you recite ten million, how to say, ten malas, yeah, if you recite, yeah, ten malas every day, then it’s the same that anybody touch you, you touch anybody, even the wind passes, while you’re walking in the road, wind passed through you, that get blessed, touching to your body become blessed, touch anybody, the wind goes to anybody, touches, their negative karma gets purified, they get liberated from the lower realms. Even your breath goes on anybody, their negative karma gets purified. And so if you are on the mountain or if you are in the public, many people see you then all their negative karma get purified. All those people who see you in the public, their negative karma gets purified. So it becomes very meaningful. So even you swim in the ocean, all the water gets blessed and then all the animals, all those numberless animals in the water they get purified. Even the people who are swimming in the water they get purified. So your body becomes so meaningful if you recite ten malas of OM MANI PADME HUM every day like that. Even mani, if you just recite OM MANI PADME HUM, it has those benefits, besides these two mantras.

Therefore, then, even there’s no positive response, something, I mean, a smile or whatever it is, something, or radiating from that person who’s dying or something, light coming the person who’s dying or something, even not happening like that, anyway, so if you chant these mantras, you go there and they hear your voice, you talk, they hear your voice, it purifies their negative karma, it helps higher rebirth. You touch them, even they can’t hear, they’re deaf, but you touch them, it purifies their negative karma, so that’s the very deep benefit, purifies negative karma. So they see you, their negative karma gets purified. They hear your voice, their negative karma gets purified and they get liberated from the lower realms. And even they’re blind, even they can’t hear you, touching them purifies negative karma. So there are so many ways you can benefit, purifying negative karma is the deep benefit. Even that person smiles at you, but nothing happened, it doesn’t purify their negative karma, even the person smiles at you, doesn’t mean anything, their mind. But here you purify negative karma of the being, so that’s the, if the negative karma is not purified then they get reborn in the lower realms, they have to suffer unbelievable, no comparison all the human problems, suffering, all the human suffering no matter how heavy it is, no comparison to, it’s great comfort, pleasure, compared to hell realm suffering. [pause]

So there’s unbelievable way you can benefit them. With these practices even you walk in the street, even you just, even you have no purpose, you just go in the street, and all the people they see you, all the people in the street, in the restaurant, wherever the public ______ ______, so it becomes very meaningful. It purifies all those people, all those sentient beings. So even, so one can go, with these mantras, if you practice then you can go in the street, if there’s no other purpose, then purify those sentient beings there or even shaking hands with somebody, it purifies their negative karma.

So there’s quite a few number of mantras to bless the mala, but I think, [pause] I don’t remember which ones I received the oral transmission, there’s quite a number of mantras to bless the mala so , I don’t remember which one received, which I received the oral transmission, with not, I don’t remember a hundred percent, so….

So I go for refuge, blessing the speech, I go for refuge to Buddha, Dharma, Sangha, and then for the benefit of sentient beings may I achieve enlightenment. Then you generate into deity, the deity that you’re, personal deity that you have karmic connection, that you practice in daily life, so you generate into that deity. Then, you visualize on your tongue, there’s a AH. AH transforms into a moon disc. Then in the center of the moon disc there’s OM. Then around then the white vowels. OM is here, this is tongue, you see, so OM is here. First AH, then transformed in moon disc. Then there’s OM in the center, then there’s OM A AA I II U UU…ANG AH, so OM is facing to the, OM A AA… is facing to the OM.

Then the consonants, red one, KA KHA GA GHA NGA…KSHA.

Then, the dependent arising mantra, blue one, OM YE DHARMA….CHAYO (stop there) NIRODHA…SVAHA.

So according to Pabongka, according to the enlightened Pabongka, then you recite OM at the beginning, then SVAHA at the very last. That’s one way to do. The other way to do is, so you recite this I think maybe twenty-one times in the morning, something like that, you recite this one in the morning, so the SVAHA you recite in nighttime, so that all the talks, whatever you do talking become mantra. So there’s also like that. So however, this is instruction from great yogi ?Punba Naljorwa, this blessing the speech. But there’s also _____ to OM and SVAHA to each one. So there’s different ways of doing, so can do also like that.

So anyway, it has benefits as it’s mentioned, so it’s translated there so, that then whatever mantra you recite, it increases so many tens of millions. Then also, tens of millions mantras, it increases that much. Then also whatever talk you do it becomes mantra, it says. And the gossip becomes mantra, it has power to transform. So there are a few benefits like that. So you recite each of the vowels, OM A AA I II… three times, then the consonants three times, then the dependent arising heart mantra, the dependent arising, this mantra three times.

So while you’re reciting that then meditation, then the beams emitted and it hooked all the ten-direction buddhas and bodhisattvas with the blessing powers of the holy speech in the form of consonants, the vowels and the consonants and then dependent arising the mantra, filled the whole sky then absorbed on the tongue.

Then next one is again all their blessing power of the holy speech in the form of eight auspicious signs, eight substances, seven royalty, all those, filled the whole sky then absorbed in your tongue.

Then after that, the great yogis’, the brahmins, their speech has so much power because keeping silence and so not telling lie and keeping silence, abstaining from gossiping, keeping silence, not telling lie, so then their speech has much power, so brahmins and yogis, the power of, the blessing of their speech, same, the vowels and consonants and then dependent arising the mantra, filled the whole sky, absorbed. Then, again same came, all the power of holy speech and blessing in the form of eight auspicious signs and substances and seven royalty, filled the whole sky, absorbed.

Then from the vowels, the white nectar flowed down, filled your whole body. Purified all the negative karmas collected from beginningless rebirth, purified.

Then the mantra, red mantra, the consonants, red nectar flowed, filled the whole body, and then purified all the negative karmas collected with the speech from beginningless rebirth.

Then from the dependent arising mantra then blue nectar beams, blue nectar emitted then filled the whole body and purified all the negative karmas collected with the mind from beginningless rebirths, the negative karmas of ?covetousness, all that, purified.

So then can think also that received, anyway, [a couple of words missed], so those maybe can, there’s also visualizations of receiving initiation, anyway, that’s enough.

So then after that, then the outside dependent arising absorbed to the consonants mantra, consonants mantra absorbed to the vowels mantra, the manta of vowels, OM A AA I II…, absorbed to that, and that absorbed to the OM. And the OM absorbed to that moon disc, the moon absorbed to the AH, then AH melted in nectar, the pink-colored nectar, melted and then the whole tongue is pervaded, the whole tongue, then become indestructible vajra, nature of vajra, that no food, no black food, onion, garlic and nettles, all the animal tongue, the sheep’s tongue or sheep’s lower body, sheep’s tongue, like sheep, all those very ignorant, those tongues, like sheep’s tongue, those are very harmful, they destroy the power of speech and very harmful. It, even the lower part of the body, it makes dull the wisdom, it makes to lose the wisdom or to make dull, not sharp.

So anyway, any of those meats, those, especially, _______ food and very ______, so they cannot harm, destroy your power of speech. Any food you eat cannot destroy the power of your speech and it becomes indestructible, can think, even the end of the fire cannot destroy.

Then after that think all the buddhas’ the blessings of their holy speech received and then my speech become perfect. Think perfect.

Then, these last three prayers I received from the Kagyu tradition, this blessing the speech practice, these three prayers. I think it’s good to, I was trying to think before that, something similar to that, then I found there in some Kagyu practice, the blessing the speech, then I saw these three prayers.

May my speech have power of Buddha’s speech, courage and the power of Buddha’s speech. [Tibetan] Then next one, may my words purify the minds of the sentient beings. That’s the second prayer. Third, no, no. The second one, may the sentient beings’ minds by purified. Next, the third one, whatever words I say, may it succeed. So, whatever I say, may it succeed. [Tibetan] So then the blessing the speech then has power, when you talk to people has the power to have success. So the three prayers, so I think it’s useful to add that.

So this, I’m not sure, this I might have received the lung.

So that’s blessing the speech, and then blessing the mala, there’s quite a number of mantras, that mantras increases ten million, like that, so there are quite a number of mantras there. I don’t remember whether I received the lungs for all that.

So before you recite any text, before you recite any Dharma text or anything, OM DHARE DHARE BENDHARE SVAHA, so if you recite that seven times, then whatever you recite it increases many tens of millions. Many tens of millions it increases. So if you’re reciting Golden Light Sutra, Arya Sanghata Sutra or whatever you recite, it increases so many times if you recite OM DHARE DHARE BENDHARE SVAHA. So, I think that’s it. So, good night and good morning.

So, if you are still here tomorrow morning, between six and seven, anyway, I can’t say but there will be the giving the rabjung vows.
