This advice was given to a teacher who had serious prostate problems and life obstacles.

  • You need to paint White Tara in the twenty-four hour period on the Tibetan 8th. 
  • The Most Secret Hayagriva Tsog Kong puja needs to be done soon at Kopan Monastery.  
  • Amitayus Long Life Sutra (Tse dö) needs to be recited one hundred times. You can organize that with students to recite at home.
