The teachings presented here are the first four lectures given by Lama Zopa Rinpoche at the 52nd Kopan Meditation Course, held at Kopan Monastery, Nepal, in November–December 2019. Transcribed and edited by Ven. Joan Nicell, and subsequently lightly edited by Gordon McDougall. You can find videos, audio files and transcripts of all Rinpoche’s lectures from Kopan 2019 here, along with two discourses by Khadro-la, given during this course.

Forthcoming: LYWA will be publishing an ebook of the teachings from this course, as part of a new series which will convert all the Kopan courses into ebooks, including those already published on our website and those not yet published.
