Short Mandala Offering

SA.ZHI POE.KYI JUG.SHING ME.TOG.TRAM
RI.RAB LING.ZHI NYI.DAE GYAEN.PA.DI
SANG.GYAE ZHING.DU MIG.TE UEL.WAR.GYI
DRO.KUEN NAM.DAG ZHING.LA CHOE.PAR.SHOG

This ground, anointed with perfume, strewn with flowers,
adorned by Mt. Meru, the four continents, sun and moon,
I visualize as a buddha field and offer;
May all sentient beings enjoy this pure land.

Refuge and bodhicitta

SANG.GYAE CHOE.DANG TSOG.KYI CHOG.NAM.LA
JANG.CHUB BAR.DU DAG.NI KYAB.SU.CHI
DAG.GI JIN.SOG GYI.PAI SOE.NAM.KYI
DRO.LA PAEN.CHIR SANG.GYAE DRUB.PAR.SHOG

To the buddha, dharma and supreme assembly
I go for refuge until I am enlightened.
Due to my merit from practicing giving and the other perfections,
may I attain buddhahood in order to benefit all beings.

Above your crown is the root guru in the form of Tsongkhapa, the embodiment of the guru, buddha, dharma, and sangha. A similar Lama Tsongkhapa is seated on the crowns of each sentient being. Nectar beams are emitted which purify the two obscurations of yourself as well as all sentient beings, and which then generate all the realizations.

Nine-round prayer of Lama Tsongkhapa

NGOE.DRUB KUEN.JUNG TUB.WANG DOR.JE.CHANG
MIG.ME TSE.WAI TER.CHEN CHAEN.RAE.ZIG

CHOK.DANG TUEN.MONG NGOE.DRUB TSAEL.DU.SOEL

Vajradhara, source of all realizations, Lord of Sages;
Avalokiteshvara, great treasure of compassion not aimed at true existence;
Manjushri, Lord of stainless wisdom;
Owner of the secret, destroying all lords of maras;
Sumatikirti, crown jewel of the sages of the land of snows:
To you, guru-buddha, comprising the three objects of refuge,
I make requests, showing respect with my three doors -
Please grant your blessings to ripen and liberate myself and others;
Please bestow the supreme and common realizations.

PAEL.DAEN LA.MA KYE.KU CHI.DRA.DANG
KOR.DANG KU.TSE TSAE.DANG SHING.KAM.DANG
KYE.KYI TSEN.CHOG SANG.PO CHI.DRA.WAR
DE.DRA KO.NAR DAG.SOG GYUR.WA.SHOG

In whatever way you appear, glorious guru,
with whatever retinue, lifespan, and pure land,
whatever holy name you may take:
may I and others attain only these.

OM AH GURU VAJRA DHARA SUMATI KIRTI SIDDHI HUNG.

At the end of each of these prayers you can think that nectar flows from Lama Tsongkhapa - the embodiment of all gurus, buddhas, dharma and sangha - above your crown, and enters your body and mind; also nectar flows from the Lama Tsongkhapa seated above the crown of each of the sentient beings of the six realms and enters their bodies and minds and purifies them and generates all the realization from guru devotion up to enlightenment.
