My dear one,
I think it is very important for you to understand how we all appreciate what you have done over the past nine years for the FPMT—all the contacts you have made, the teachings, all the hardship and difficulties you have gone through trying to serve the teachings of Buddha, Lama Yeshe and me, and helping to revive Buddhism. We really appreciate all your efforts.

Now I think it is better for you to leave, especially for your health. Due to recent events, your health could get worse because your mind is unhappy. Please try to think in a positive way and REJOICE in what you have done! It is worth rejoicing … really! We all should rejoice.

I think it is good for you to continue to do some practice. Have a relaxed retreat for a little while.
