A student had a recurrent sickness that no Tibetan or Western medicine seemed able to cure. Symptoms included very low blood pressure, headaches, weakness and tremors. Rinpoche gave this advice.

My most dear, most kind, most precious, wish-fulfilling one,
It sounds as if you may need some initiation or protection by a good practitioner, as it seems that your illness could be to do with spirit harm.

According to my observation you need to have chetrul [Liberating from Harm] puja done twice for you. Maybe you can ask the Lama Gyupas from Gyume Tantric College. One of those monks can do the puja in Dharamsala—maybe the elder one, who has done a three-year Yamantaka retreat. You can ask one of them and if they have done that retreat, then it’s good if they can do the puja. It needs to be done twice for you.

You need to take the jenang of Loma Gyönma [Skt: Parnashavari; a healing buddha in female aspect].

You also need to do very strong refuge practice.

So please try this.

With much love and prayers ...
