This book is based on a teaching given by Lama Zopa Rinpoche to the Buddhism for Kids and Teens Group at the Aryatara Institute in Munich, Germany in 2018. Created by Venerable Fedor Stracke at Happy Monks Publication and published by Aryatara Publications.
