The only possibility is the Sanskrit scholar in Sarnath University, but even then it’s not so simple. It is not a matter of just checking the Tibetan, you have to have the correct version, you need to be expert in Sanskrit and expert in Tibetan, and to know which version of the text is most correct.

Some of the mantras, for instance the four powerful mantras (four Dharmakaya relic mantras), I have checked with four to five different versions of the same text, then checked with a mo.
