Becoming Your Own Therapist, by Lama Yeshe. This audiobook contains three public talks by Lama Yeshe on the general topic of Buddhism. Each lecture is followed by a question and answer session. A print version is also available from Éditions Mahayana, or you can download a PDF file.
Make Your Mind an Ocean, by Lama Yeshe. These talks are on the general topic of the mind and were given during Lama Yeshe’s and Lama Zopa Rinpoche’s second world tour, in 1975. As ever, Lama’s timeless wisdom shines through, and his teachings are as relevant today as they were back then.
Multimedia: Two LYWA multimedia presentations, Everything Depends on Your Attitude and Cutting the Concept of Permanence have also been translated by Éditions Mahayana.
