Golden Light Sutra in Portland (Audio and Unedited Transcripts)

By Kyabje Lama Zopa Rinpoche
Portland, USA 2007 (Archive #1667)

Lama Zopa Rinpoche gave this commentary and partial oral transmission of the Sutra of Golden Light at Maitripa College, Portland, Oregon, USA, over two days, November 2-3, 2007. Note that the first three audio files contain introductory teachings and the oral transmission commences in Chapter Four.

Rinpoche advises recitation of the Sutra of Golden Light every day. In support of this advice, FPMT has created a webpage dedicated to the Sutra of Golden Light. You will find a complete oral transmission as well as links for downloading the text in various languages, advice on the benefits and a page for reporting your recitations.

9. Final Practice Advice

So again become antidote, many hours, many hours, eight hours or many hours doing job become antidote to samsara, which antidote to samsara, which liberates you from samsara, method it become, instead of cause for samsara, it become method to free yourself from samsara.

That similar when you meditate, similar as it is beginning advice, when you meditate you don’t put all your thoughts on that object. You put your thoughts on that object, but a corner of your mind, or the part of your mind, spy, spy, spy, spy whether the concentrate on that, concentrating on that object is happening or not, a part, a corner of your mind is spy. So then this way, this is way how you can, how you can spy with the mind.

Distracted or not, distracted or not, or about to distract or not, so whether it is mind in nature of either gross sinking thought or subtle sinking thought. You’re concentrating on the object, but there’s no clarity of object, so the gross sinking thought. The subtle sinking thought, object’s very clear, but there’s no intensiveness, there’s no energy, there’s no intensiveness in your mind focus on the object, there’s no intensiveness, there’s no energy, it’s lose, so subtle sinking thought. So, a part of what your, part of, corner of your mind spying, pressing the consciousness or the awareness. So anyway, with this awareness, then the remembrance comes; when the mind is distracted, then remembering object, meditation object.

So anyway, so like that, so this way then the meditation there can be success, gradually able to last concentration. But if you put all your thought from very beginning, if you put all your concentration on the object, then your mind got distracted and then can be distracted for many hours and you don’t notice  So you totally waste your life, I mean the, I mean, so many minutes, hours like that. So that’s how it’s advertised, not advertised, but how it’s advised, not advertised. Maybe same? Advertised, advised okay.

Now similar like this, when you are in a meeting discussing, especially somebody talking, somebody fighting you, somebody eating you, somebody eating you, not eating you. Then anyway, sit next to that person, then actually you use for meditation, sit next the person. Of course that person may be creating negative karma criticizing you, all that you see, angry happening. Anyway from your side, you use that opportunity for meditation. And then, but that one side of mind to meditate this is bodhicitta, this is renunciation, I mean renunciation, impermanence, then there’s emptiness. So however, should experiment like that, should do, should do. So that’s great, it’s very fantastic, great experience, wonderful experience. So you can do more and more like that.

So however, so anyway, so then I realized my mistake. That this time went to attend Geshe-la, Geshe Sopa Rinpoche’s course. So the explanation there in such teaching you see, so last time I just assumed, blah, blah, blah, you know that, so I want to clarify that. But anyway still should check what I said is correct or not, okay.

So then the praising the Buddha who reveal this truth, revealing truth and that makes to achieve peace, okay, so whatever I’m talking, I finished.

[Rinpoche continues oral transmission]

So this mantra seems useful, so if you have spirit attacking or have animals or human beings, non-human beings, enemies attacking, so this if you keep this mantra on your body it protects you from those harms and all the paralysis, it protects you from paralysis, this liberates from the five obscurations, it says. I’m not sure the five obscurations.

[Rinpoche continues oral transmission]

So it says here, Buddha said that who listens the Golden Light Sutra, there’s no returning it’s from enlightenment, it means your life always goes towards enlightenment, no return back. So Buddha said that this makes no returning from enlightenment and from the bhumis, it makes to ripen the bodhisattva’s merits, the supreme, and this becomes the king of all the sutras, all among all the sutras this Golden Light Sutra is the king. Therefore one must listen, memorize, read, or recite. And this book, I think, this book from Tibet, but there’s some mistakes, I think some spelling mistakes.

[Rinpoche continues oral transmission]

So people who haven’t offered service, offering, offer service to many buddhas, they wouldn’t be able to listen to this teaching, the Golden Light Sutra.

So who listen to Golden Light Sutra, the [_?] pure, because pure attitude then when you never separated from seeing Buddha, you never separated from listening to Dharma, you never separated from offering service to Sangha.

[Rinpoche continues oral transmission]

Here what it’s saying, I didn’t pay attention, so Buddha is saying that the place where the Golden Light Sutra is revealed, where this, I think wherever the devas or the protectors, whoever see those various beings, I think, they will be there when [_?] the Buddha who recite the Golden Light Sutra, who reveal this, all of us will be there with the person who’s revealing this Golden Light Sutra, we’ll be all there and help. Will give happiness, peace, will give peace, happiness to the person who is giving, revealing the Golden Light Sutra, and make the body and mind, the mind happy, body healthy, then they will make constantly offer one-pointed, make offering.

And even the people who are listening to the Golden Light Sutra, they will, all those beings, the devas or protectors, they will make them, those people who are listening to the Golden Light Sutra, all those beings make them happy and satisfied. All the devas, human beings, asuras, so forth. The who are at the place where the teaching’s given, where this Golden Light Sutra teaching’s given, all the devas, human beings, asuras, so forth, so they keep clean, not harmed by other sentient beings.

So where the Golden Light Sutra teaching is given is that place become holy place; where the Golden Light Sutra teaching is given become holy place, chörten, it become object of offering and they will, all those beings will protect all the time. So then Buddha, then Buddha told them that you should attempt to practice this holy sutra and then this holy sutra, Golden Light Sutra, will last a long time in this world. So sixth chapter, up to now sixth chapter started. Sixth chapter.

[Tea offering]

[Rinpoche points to something] This one’s supposed to be tsog, hundred tsog. So this, fine this, but the shape you see here, supposed to be the breast. The tsog should be made in the shape of breast, not man’s breast.I think it’s to do with the highest tantric practice that to develop inner clear light, the realization, I mean the bliss and void, the transcendental wisdom bliss and voidness, I think is support for that development. So I think, so anyway in that shape. So anyway, so this naturally this in tsog shape, it grew in tsog shape from its own side.

So when I was in Australia making retreat, the deity, one student from, one old student, couple, Dr. Adrian’s brother, they have farmhouse. So Roger was doing Vajrayogini, he was doing Vajrayogini retreat, so I was doing retreat. So every day make tsog and offer a hundred tsog. So with the tsampa, make tsampa, put butter, and then make this side tsog, hundred make. But then, this one is already in that shape, so you don’t need to make. But of course, but of course you cannot keep long, only thing, only problem is that.

But for the diabetes not, I don’t know why, but among the diabetes people I think there are differences, some food it’s okay for that person, but some people it’s not okay. Same food not okay for that diabetic person in particular, but for some other diabetic person, I think it’s, I think there’s some differences. Of course there’s karma.

Many years, some years ago, when Kyabje Ribur Rinpoche was staying at the house. At that time two orange, two pieces of orange with lots of juice inside, you eat then you can see immediately affecting, increasing diabetes or even two, not [_?] sorry. Grapes, two with a lot of water inside, also affect. But then, then that time was experience. But then after, it’s not affecting, so it changes. Then sometimes I eat a lot of grapes, but it doesn’t. So I think it’s affect, not affect, it’s changing. But this one I think still, I think still the same thing. Some of the things changes. So you can see after eating, immediately you can feel the effect, something not comfortable or something.

So I think because I canceled the initiation, so now you have the Hayagriva.

That time, Australia, that time there was election in America, the [?]. What was his name? There was election, [Katy?] knows everything, so whole America running. I think next time he’s going to be elected too. [Katy?] is going to collect elected American president.

So anyway, I think in any case, I think it was Tim’s friend, so hoping that if he win something maybe benefit for Buddhism or [_?]. Anyway, so I did a lot of tsog for his election during that time when I was doing retreat there, I did quite a number of tsog for his election for him to win. And then, so Tim said, so I think there’s one time a huge gathering, very important gathering, so before [_?] went out in the meeting, he give talk to public, then they throw all this, what, flowers or something after end of the talk, they throw all the flowers. [Students talking] So that one. So now you know what I’m talking about.

So now many years ago, so now I can talk about it. So before he went for talk, the very important public talk he was in the room and Tim was in the room and all his friends in the room. So Tim said it was a very positive feeling, there was a very positive feeling in the room, very good positive feeling. So then there’s expense [for tsog?], he has to send the money, Tim has to send money. So all then it’s increasing more and more. Then I think Tim said, “I sent five hundred dollars, that’s it.” That’s it. It’s true that you never know, you never know how much to come, so he sent five hundred dollars and that’s it. So anyway, yeah, there were quite a few pujas, but I think maybe Tim did not come. I just remembered during that, because I mentioned that retreat, so I did, there are stories, there are other stories.

The offering tsog to Hayagriva, it’s very powerful, it’s quite powerful because the deity itself particular is controlling deity. So that when you, well person that can be said by personal experience, when there’s obstacles, things that you one-pointedly pray to this deity then the problem can get pacified, calm down, pacified. So just simply around the deity praying, so like that.

Of course controlling, I mean to help other sentient beings, control other sentient beings, so then you’re able to, they listen to you, and then they pay attention to you, then they like you, and then you can direct their life. You can bring them into Dharma, path to, you can bring them to liberation, to enlightenment, so that’s to benefit for them, to help them, so controlling is you to be able to help them. Then also the needs to benefit others, serve the teaching of Buddha, to serve sentient beings, all their many things needs. But the ultimate controlling is your mind, the purpose of practicing this deity, controlling, with specific actions controlling, controlling one’s own mind, the extreme, the control over the extremely subtle wind, subtle wind and mind.

So in tantra the whole creation is by the subtle wind of mind, impure subtle, samsara from the subtle, impure subtle wind and mind. Of course it’s connected with ignorance, what is mentioned in sutra, so that. So then enlightenment is the pure subtle wind and mind, so clear light, dharmakaya, so like that called dharmakaya. But then the illusory body the cause of the rupakaya, so that is the direct cause of rupakaya.

So ultimate controlling is your, what we need to achieve, your own mind. So far we didn’t have control over, mind control us, the delusion control you, so here now we need to control over delusion, over, control over our mind. So when you have control over your mind, then can transform into Dharma anytime, able to keep the mind in Dharma, virtue, and subtle wind and mind, also the channel wind. So whatever you wish, so they function, so you have control over that. So that. So then from that enlightenment achieve. So that time.

And also the deity’s very powerful, you see the sign immediately if you’re engaging some mistakes or breaking the samaya vow. You see the deity, you don’t see the deity, but it shows sign through tormas, you know torma? So through you see, so how to say? Happy, not happy and there’s a lot to do with torma. So nyen-po, in Tibetan called nyen-po means dangerous, nyen-po is like when you have tree, old trees, one tree, old trees, or water streams, something dangerous, there’s some the nagas, the spirits, dangerous, so if you’re not careful there then easy to get sick, easy to get sick suddenly, things like that.

In Solu Khumbu when I was very small, not where I was born, but other Rolwaling, the other part Solu Khumbu. It’s much more primitive, and those people are more kind of unintelligent generally speaking than the Namche Bazaar, this part of Solu Khumbu. But that’s Padmasambhava’s holy place, hidden place, this Rolwaling, much of that area. Many Padmasambhava’s caves and footprint, many holy places, many caves, in the past many yogis, lots of their footprints, small, small. So anyway, so many, now the yaks live there, now the yaks they meditate, yaks live there in those caves.

Anyway, so what I’m going to say? I forgot. I forgot now. Huh? Huh?

So the Rolwaling, so here’s a mountain, then here’s a mountain, so here’s the monastery there, there’s no monks. My uncle, my uncle taught me alphabet, second teacher, alphabet teacher was my uncle who was gelong at that time, but otherwise all lay ngagpas at this temple.

So then on top of, very high on top of the mountain there’s one very beautiful hermitage, so you go around this and this hermitage, good sunshine, and there’s one monk who lives there, good monk, doesn’t drink alcohol, good. The reason why I said alcohol, you might find strange, ‘oh this monk doesn’t drinks alcohol,’ but already you know means, already you know from that means others drink alcohol. So it’s very common there in Solu Khumbu drinking alcohol, it’s like coffee in the West, coffee, in India, chai or in America, coffee. Anyway, that’s kind of the, what means kind of life, even when they do retreat, puja, or for anything, for work, no question, if you’re working hard, no question, the chang [_?], what makes them laugh, so laugh and joke, and they spend their lives like that, anyway.

Also fight, also fight, not only joke, laugh, but that’s happened a lot, but then also when you’re drunk, when you become drunk, then you fight. Usually they fight when there’s a celebration, religious dance, the seven day’s retreat, then they do religious dance and do fire puja. So when the people come together, they offer chang, then during when you’re intoxicated, then if somebody you have bad thoughts before, normally, oh then that day, maybe drunk then you come, then they come, then fight, then disrupt all the public disrupt. So this happens quite a lot when the big celebration.

Anyway, one time there was one Western student, they were from England. This many years ago, actually there were two people, they were so much happy before. So one is upper Solu Khumbu, one is [_?] lower. There must be something between there, usually I think. So they a triangle one person, they came, then party. Then so many, then many people took parties. So, of course, upper Solu Khumbu is most of them, so they all go to [_?], I mean the other one who came from lower part Solu Khumbu, [_?] so they [took] party. So anyway, and this [_?] lady, she’s very kind-hearted, very kind-hearted, so she went in between, she ran, she ran in between them and she was beaten. So anyway, she tried to help but, anyway all so I’m not going to carry on. Nyen-po, so anyway.

So there’s ground, up the mountain, then there’s a big stupa and the water, river. So there’s some bush there, there’s temple there, down below temple there’s some bush, they said there’s naga, people believe there’s naga. So when I was small child I threw stone, I threw a stone, I threw stone, because when you’re children thought comes to do, just do, you don’t analyze, you don’t analyze whether it’s beneficial or not, so you just do it. So I threw a stone, I think one stone, I don’t remember two stones. Then what happened sooner or later I got pimple here [must be pointing], so I scratched, itching, scratched, then the pus went over and then whole face wound, the wound infection completely covered completely. But some people whole body, but I just got the face around, completely circled, so that lasted some time. So that itches, then the water. So that’s, so this, because I was being naughty, then threw stone, so then that what effect, what happened the naga, naga harm.

So anyway nyen-po, so it means, if you’re not careful. In Tibet when I went, when we went for pilgrimage. I think that time, maybe there were seventy, first I think we had sixty people [students contribute] eighty-six, maybe six, or seven, anyway. Maybe I think, maybe not, not the first one, I don’t think, maybe second one, we have seventy people. That time I haven’t been to Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, I haven’t started yet, this one Indian one., Then there’s maybe other European countries, so that time there was no Chinese. So it might be that time, India.

Nyalam, so you cross the border, you cross the border, then you reach that day Nyalam.1 So there’s Milarepa cave down below. So when we came, no, so there was one boy, unbelievable eyes kind of small and then nose completely destroyed, not by somebody killing, no.

[Students discussion]

Rinpoche: What happened?

[Maybe Ven. Tsen-la and Yangsi Rinpoche saying to Rinpoche something like they saw this boy]: Yeah we saw that boy completely covered in pus.

Rinpoche: The nose completely, how do you say, what?

Yangsi Rinpoche: It was in 2002, when we went with the seven people from Taos.

Rinpoche: Oh I see, it just recently, third time, third time, yes. So what happened?

Yangsi Rinpoche: I broke my foot.

Rinpoche: That’s right, that’s right, that’s the beginning of the pilgrimage. So what happened to his face?

Yangsi Rinpoche: It was covered by pus and how do you, wounds. But they say I think it was a story also bush.

Rinpoche: That’s right. You remember the bush, right.

Yangsi Rinpoche: Yeah he had an encounter with the bush.

Rinpoche: You know, so he was totally healthy beginning, not from birth, he was completely healthy, perfect body. So he was sitting at the road, I mean totally change his face. Unbelievable. So he told me that, told us, he was, he slept in bush somewhere and there was naga. So what happened, I don’t know, that’s what it was, he slept in bush, that’s what he said, but maybe he did pipi, kaka, I’m not sure, can’t say. Maybe he did place made dirty, I’m not sure. So anyway, then after that, then this thing happened, the feeling of this, then become change his face, not somebody beat, not like that.

Probably in Western might call allergy, because doesn’t accept, doesn’t accept naga, spirits, so must be allergy, name is given allergy. So anyway, so it’s not particular from plants, no. It’s the, where the, because the being, their spot. So anyway nyen, so those places called nyen, if you’re not careful that can harm you. So this, ka nyen-po, so one not proper practice samaya vow,  then ka nyen-po. But very quick, very quick grant success to pacify obstacles, things like that, so very powerful. The hundred tsog offerings, so it’s very powerful for success.

That, so usually His Holiness, he find benefit through Hayagriva puja, retreat, the government sponsor, private sponsor, wrathful activities, Hayagriva. So often His Holiness said this. He see that, that definite benefit for the cause of Tibet, change. So that’s very commonly known, commonly known.

And Lama, this is one Heruka, Lama’s deity, Heruka, Hayagriva, so Lama’s deity, Lama Yeshe’s deity. So Lama’s first retreat was done at Tushita. So for arrange the retreat, one lak, one hundred thousand rupees spent for arranging for all the needs for the retreat. Of course that’s saving million ghosts, unbelievable, I mean it’s nothing for Lama’s retreat. Anyway, so of course, no question who has bodhicitta, realization of emptiness, all that, clear light, like that. This is according I mean, how it appeared to the close people and myself, the ordinary view.

Anyway so from very beginning, when Lama begin the retreat, very beginning, every day butter lamp, offer tsog, every day tsog. So butter lamp, every butter lamp has this design, natural design, lotus in the butter lamp, every butter lamp there’s a lotus design, like carved, natural. Every day like this. But mine, when I do retreat, my butter lamp is nothing, my butter lamp is just completely nothing, no sign or anything. So lotus shape, so that means already a sign of achievement of, the achievement of deity.

So Lama said that. He didn’t express much, he just said one or two words in the nighttime, the light, there was no light, light switch off, but see light. The electric light switched off, but the light in the room. Those are also signs, there are many other, there are other signs, I think those all happened, having achieved, and very good scent, smell, scent, smell in the room, things. And then Lama said somebody came through the roof, but Lama didn’t describe, he didn’t describe farther more than that, just said somebody came through the roof, didn’t fully, completely explained.

And then when he did, when he was doing fire puja, the um-dze from Namgyal Monastery, the old one, the one who was there for many years in old-time Dharamsala. So he helped, he drew mandala, and he helped, he led the prayer. So the half sky, half sky, cloud half, completely cut half, totally no clouds, half clouds were completely cut. Then not during the, probably but afterwards, Lama said he has a vision of everything red, means that’s also good sign of controlling. So then Lama said that after he did this, after he did this Hayagriva retreat then everything what he wished, everything what he thought would happened, so that’s what’s controlling deities, controlling deities.

So, it is said also, Sera Je, why there’s excellent study in the studying philosophies, the extensive study, extensive philosophy study, then especially Madhyamaka like that. Why there’s so many learned, able to produce so many learned geshes, so that’s, and great success externally and internally. So that’s commonly known that is due to this, because there’s such a college deity is Hayagriva, the controlling deity, so due to the power and this action of this deity.

So that means anybody, the minute when you become Sera Je College monk means you have connection with this deity, you have connection with this deity. So that’s karmic connection, so means beneficial if you practice Heruka, Hayagriva, so like that. And it’s very effective the retreat the practice, very effective for the mind. Sorry, it becomes side talk. And then those who practice this deity will never get paralysis.

And then [Gyeltsen?] one great Lama, mentioned that in these days, in these degenerate days due to degeneration of mind, then there’s so much sicknesses, so many sicknesses, these [devas?] cause paralysis and nagas, tsens, spirit king cause so much harm. There’s cancer, so many people are dying of cancer, you never know all the family members, relatives, friends, so many dying of cancer.

So anyway, so the naga, this degenerate time, degenerate mind, then the negative karma, like the tornado, like tornado, like cyclone. However, all these beings due to people’s degenerate mind, negative karma, the samaya vows, these beings, then like that, example I used cyclone, like that, so much power and then they harm sentient beings, many problems, many disasters, so many.

So it is said, [Gyeltsen?] this great Lama, I think he had a vision or something, so one white man told, he had a vision some deity. Anyway so very important these days, to pray to Hayagriva. I think one’s Padmasambava, Hayagriva, yeah, so Hayagriva’s mentioned there, so it’s very essential to pray and practice as opponent those beings, the naga and those other beings, for protection that, for everything. So anyway, so long life, healthy, all these so that one can continue Dharma practice, serving others, the teachings of Buddha.

So I’m sorry, I talked and talked. Let me see how many pages it has  all. [Rinpoche goes through the text] There’s seven chapters very easy, not so much. Maybe do seventh chapter and stop there.

Anyway I hope my talking, I didn’t kept concentration on the lung, maybe could have finished, maybe not, but always beneficial anyway, all the side talk, whatever. Hope there’s something that you can use in your life, one way of saying is for your happiness and happiness of others and for world peace. Then deeper way to say is for enlightenment, to no more, to end samsara, to no more reincarnation, no more death, no more all those sufferings, to achieve enlightenment.

[Rinpoche continues oral transmission]

So we stop there. So up to seventh chapter you have received, seventh chapter, so that. So it might happen other places, other places, also maybe even later, maybe next time can complete. I’m not sure, again not sure, so stop.

[Dedication starts]

In your book, I don’t think King of Prayers? I’m not sure, maybe not. It’s okay. Maybe not, okay.

[Continue dedication, long-life prayers]

Next prayer fulfilling wishes of His Holiness. If you have that prayer, then can recite.

[Rinpoche chants Prayer that Spontaneously Fulfills All Wishes.]

So we dedicate the merits for His Holiness’s long life and all the holy wishes be filled immediately.

We dedicate the merits that having listened Golden Light Sutra, [_?] then recited, and all the past, present, future merits ours, others, may the mainland China, the top, those who control people, may they be able to realize that His Holiness is embodiment of compassion of all the Buddha and generate very strong faith and do exactly, every single what His Holiness holy wish, according to His Holiness’s holy wishes, do exactly, offer service and invite His Holiness in mainland China. And all the billions, so many billions of people, billions of people they get freedom to meet His Holiness and to hear His Holiness’s teachings and they enjoy the sun-shining of the Dharma happiness, so to have that.

Then as well as same thing in Tibet, with the Tibetan people, same His Holiness continues to be leader, both the leaders, so the leader of the Dharma, as well as of the [Tibetan] His Holiness to be leader.

And then able to preserve total freedom to preserve Dharma and practice, spread, and many more bodhisattva, buddhas become, produce, become in Tibet more than before. They’re like stars at nighttime, so unimaginable number happened in Tibet in the past, but even more to happen in the future. In that way, then Buddhism become very strong in the world and spread all over the world, and last a long time in this world, and benefit to all the rest of the world, let Buddhism last a long time and flourish, so that. So we dedicate to happen that.

And then due to all the three time merits collected by, and by listening and reciting the Golden Light Sutra, same here. Then Yangsi Rinpoche to have long life and to have a very healthy life, and all the wishes, to benefit sentient beings, teaching of Buddha, and then as well as the construction and the continuing the University, and become most beneficial in this world for sentient beings, then able to from here, then start many different parts of the world, so benefit very extensively.

Then as well as every person who come to learn, then to be like those great Indian scholars, great scholars, enlightened being so to be like Nagarjuna, Chandrakirti, Asanga, so forth, like that, and then like Lama Tsongkhapa. Those great masters of the four traditions who did great extensive benefit to sentient beings, like sun shining, like sun shining, like that, become like that, benefit numberless sentient beings, enlightened, like that who has actualized unmistaken path to, unmistaken path to enlightenment, all those, then like that, to become like that.

And whenever they, the minute when they come to the place to learn Dharma, so to meditate, immediately pacify their problem, immediately heal all the problem, mental, physical problems, it become great healing and all their negative karma’s immediately get purified, they never, ever get reborn in lower realms, that time, and then immediately find faith in [reincarnation?], karma, actualize bodhicitta, realize emptiness. So even before studying, even before studying they actualize bodhicitta even before studying they have realization so even before they begin studying.

And then may all the organizers, and all the students, in this organization and in this and those who sacrifice, there are so many who sacrifice their life, bear so much hardships for the organization, to do service other sentient beings, teaching of Buddha through the organization, who are doing this in different parts of the world, [and whose names given to me], whom I promise to pray, and all the supporters, benefactors. May we all have a long life, may all their wishes be succeed immediately according to the holy Dharma, and actualize, especially Lama Tsongkhapa [_?], in this very lifetime, in everyone’s heart without delay even a second.

And all the serving the monasteries, those who preserve Dharma, spread Dharma, all the Sangha, continuously offer service and expand, and Sangha in this organization, also same to expand.

And all the Sangha in this organization able to complete scriptural understanding, realization of the path to enlightenment in this very lifetime by living on the basis of pure vinaya, receiving all their needs, all the protection in their lives.

All the building, the statues, stupas, scriptures in different parts of the world, especially all the Maitreya statues in this world, that which is easy, quickest way to purify sentient beings and cause them to collect extensive merits and bring to enlightenment as quick as possible, so all these methods, to be complete, to be complete, to be most beneficial for sentient beings, and they receive all the needs, by receiving all the needs instantly.

Due to all the past, present, future merits collected by us, three time merits collected by others, may all the various social services in different parts of the world be most beneficial for all sentient beings, and cause anyone who receives social service, may it cause them to generate compassion, and change their attitude of life, and change their actions, and only create only virtue. Create the cause of the happiness, so that inner poverty, inner poverty is not having realization, not having knowledge of Dharma, not having realizations, inner poverty. Also external poverty, no means of living, so from their side change their mind, through the social services, cause them to generate compassion, and change attitude, and change their actions, and practice only, we have living only become Dharma, and cause of enlightenment, so then it change the whole entire their life, from suffering to happiness, all success, so as well as bringing peace in this world, each person.

So eye hospital in Tibet and then all the hospitals, different hospice, different countries, those then you see, clinics, dispensaries for sick people and Mongolia, the giving food and shelter, the school, and prison project, helping prisoners, all the social services most beneficial for sentient beings.

And by printing Dharma books, by printing Dharma books, benefiting to sentient beings the world, bring peace in this world, benefit to all sentient beings, benefit to all sentient beings, from each person who read, who reads Dharma books, they produce, from Wisdom or the Archive or however, from the organization, so each person who reads Dharma book that benefit to all sentient beings. So by attaining the path, by learning Dharma by attaining the path, each person benefit for all sentient beings, bring to enlightenment. So happen like that and however most beneficial.

Then all those prison project works and all the prisoners meet Dharma, and then they attain the path while they’re in prison, attain path, so liberate from actual prison, the samsara, so all of them as quick as possible and achieve enlightenment.

And every center may it be most beneficial for all sentient beings, and whatever project each center has may it complete, complete immediately. So similar here, the university same, projects to be completed immediately by receiving all the needs. And then the qualified Dharma teacher, totally all that, all of their needs, all their needs, facilities, so everything what they need received immediately and to be most beneficial for all sentient beings.

Due to all the three time merits collected by us, collected by others which appeared something real from its own side, inherently existent in one’s own view, but Buddha’s omniscience and those arya beings’ wisdom directly perceiving emptiness see it’s totally nonexistent, empty.

And oneself due to that, then oneself who is appeared to as something real, real one, existing from its own side, in one’s own view, but in the view of omniscience and blissful mind, those arya, these arhats or the bodhisattvas, wisdom directly perceiving emptiness in their view then totally nonexistent, empty. So I is totally nonexistent, empty, achieve Guru Shakyamuni Buddha’s enlightenment again which appears something real from its own side, then but which omniscience, Buddha’s holy mind, then the arya bodhisattvas, arhats, the wisdom directly perceiving emptiness their view is totally nonexistent. And lead all the sentient beings who appear something real, sentient beings in one’s view, one’s own mind, view of one’s mind, but Buddha’s holy mind, omniscience, and arya beings their wisdom directly perceiving emptiness, they see is totally nonexistent, empty. And lead to the Guru Shakyamuni Buddha’s enlightenment which appears also the real one from its own side according also to one’s own view, hallucinated mind, the concept true existence which is, but which is realized, which is totally nonexistent, empty, that which is realized by the omniscience, even by the arya beings with the wisdom directly perceiving emptiness, see totally nonexistent, by oneself alone, so something then, real one in one’s own view, but which is discovered or realized totally nonexistent by the omniscience and the arya beings, even the arya beings, in the view of the wisdom directly perceiving emptiness, it’s totally nonexistent.
