It came out best to go into this second business in partnership, not alone.

Do it with a good heart for the benefit of all sentient beings who are in so much suffering, to free them from oceans of suffering and bring them to enlightenment. Do this work for that purpose and to benefit the teachings of the Buddha.

Motivation is most important. You never know when death will come! Having this motivation creates skies of merit.
